Our Mission
People Over Profit Lloyd Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to empowering underserved individuals and families through mentorship, workforce development, leadership training, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and community-based support programs.
Our mission is to uplift and equip men, male youth, veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, fathers raising children with disabilities, survivors of abuse and domestic violence, and vulnerable women and children with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities needed to rebuild their lives, strengthen their families, and become leaders within their communities.
